Access Hatches

Ant Access International Ltd are the leading specialists in design and supply of Access Hatches.

AAI access hatches are rated up to FACTA class D and can be manufactured to suit a wide range of openings.

All hatches can be designed to prevent the ingress of dust and water whilst providing a substantial seal that is ideal for odour control requirements.

The access hatches can be supplied in raised or flush mounted form, the perimeter channel frame can be designed to collect rainwater that can be drawn off via a drain connection point. The hatch lid has a raised pattern providing slip resistance and comes complete with a subframe, designed to suit the loading classification, where required – see below FACTA Table 1 for easy reference.

Manufacturing is carried out using the latest CNC machinery giving high precision fabrication, to ensure accurate installation processes on site. All welding is carried out by fully qualified, certified Welders to current BS and BSEN Standards. In house and independent testing is regularly carried out to ensure structural compliance.

In compliance with our internal inspection processes, all goods are checked for quantity and quality. Once the goods have passed inspection, they are clearly labelled for easy identification on site for installation purposes.

Prior to despatch, all goods can be boxed ready for shipment. Every box is the clearly labelled for tracking purposes and for easy identification upon arrival at site.

Working from AAI general arrangement drawings, installation of these access hatches is an easy process to follow.

In conjunction with our installation manual and the assistance of one of our qualified engineers, we will guide you through the processes required to ensure a safe and correct fit of the equipment on site.

We can also offer a full installation service, using our own fitters, depending on site location.

Experienced AAI engineers can advise on all aspects of design and can provide recommendations for clients individual requirements.

All our products can be supplied with extended warranties depending on the choice of materials and subject to regular servicing and maintenance in accordance with our recommendations.
